5. Health & Wellness Disclaimer (No Medical or Mental Health Advice)
Flowcus provides general self-help and productivity support. It is not a medical or mental health service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or counseling. The Service is not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a licensed physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, or other qualified health care provider. 6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
Certain features are offered on a paid subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel at any time in your account's billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be charged where required by law. Prices and features may change from time to time; we will provide notice of material changes in advance where required.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and non-creditable. If your payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or cancel your access to paid features.
