Flowcus ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services. It also outlines your rights under applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

  • All personal data is stored securely in Supabase. Supabase may process data in jurisdictions outside of Canada, including the United States.
  • Chat inputs are processed by OpenAI to generate responses. Logs may be temporarily stored for monitoring and improvement, but Flowcus does not use them for advertising or resale.
  • Our frontend is hosted by Vercel, which may process limited technical and usage data.

Flowcus uses OpenAI models to generate responses. These are designed for focus and productivity support, not for clinical or therapeutic purposes. Flowcus does not provide medical or psychiatric advice.
